Change that matters

The critical work we do is made possible by generous donors like you. At the American Nurses Foundation, it is an ongoing effort to support more than five million nurses, find and fund innovative solutions, generate new ideas and tools, and lay the foundation for more positive experiences for nurses and their patients.

But together, with your help, we can make a difference.

Or maybe it’s a gift to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or graduation – either way, it’s a heartfelt way to thank an individual or group of nurses, while supporting nurses and nursing as a whole.

Peer-to-peer fundraising

This method of charitable fundraising involves individuals organizing personal campaigns to collect donations from their peers. These can be done through crowdfunding, throwing an occasion-specific fundraiser, or participating in events such as “fun runs.” To help you gain the most out of your event, we’re happy to share our first fundraising toolkit, which provides step-by-step guides on how to create your own campaign across several platforms.

PAC

The American Nurses Association Political Action Committee (ANA-PAC) works hard to ensure that nurses have a voice in Washington through members’ voluntary contributions and working to elect leaders who are steadfast in their support for nurses and their patients. Through your PAC membership and contributions, you can help ensure that nurses have a seat at the table through the electing of nurse champions to U.S. Congress.
